Thanks, I dont take large amounts of anything though
and I dont take any sort of pills
I guess I should just say what I do
I drink 2) 20 ounce glasses of soy milk, one in the morning, one at night
and I have added 2 cups of spearmint tea (the T Blocker, Im talking about)
I also snack on dried soybeans, I eat 2 tablespoons of flax seed a day and I eat flax seed bread when I have bread
please dont tell me that Im doing nothing or that these cannot work
that is your opinion and may be fact, but I see enough changes that make me
feel like I am doing something to help myself. Im having major problems getting to a proper
doctor for possible hrt and maybe Im just not ready for it to be honest.
I think for me, my hormonal scale is very easily tipped and thats all I am doing.... giving a small nudge to push it
the right direction. Maybe Im crazy, I cant see me hurting myself with what I am doing
I see small and similar changes to what I read about from hrt
I also believe, which is a huge part of my transition.... and I have pulled many of the "clamps" off of my female self
I most definitely see forward progress and I saw regression once I added the spearmint T, hence the post
I also face the same struggles as all of you and enjoy reading and getting advice as well as giving it when I can
