There is a lot to read on here but it is interesting to read the different, yet similar stories from people.

I became self-aware at 58 so there is no right or wrong age to begin to understand our true selves.

There are so many roads to choose from and as you'll see, there is no one way streets when it comes to discovering who we are inside.
