Congrats - I certainly remember getting my first batch. Think of it as a five hundred step process though, day one is step one, day two is step two... not much will happen in the first twenty or so steps, maybe some nipple sensitivity and soreness. Depending on how your endo prescribes and administers the HRT (usually the first month or two are only a starting dose to make sure your body can cope) things really won't kick off until step 50 to 60. That's not meant to be discouraging though - you can't get to step 50 without taking the first step, second step... It's a journey and the HRT helps take you there one day at a time. 😀
