I think the only feminine thing I have going for me is my height. Besides my broad shoulders and deep voice, I think my nose could be a major problem. Does anyone else have a big wide nose and, if so, are you able to pass without FFS. I know FFS is an option, but Im not sure it's available on the NHS and I doubt I could afford it any time soon.

I know it might be hard to say without a photo but I'm scared to post any here in case someone I know ever saw it.

Big wide nose, sun damaged skin, average height , overweight, wide firm male jaw line, all those things...SO I can grow and fix my hair, I can moisturiser and use skin repair products plus careful makeup to help with this, I can lose weight, I can't change my physical bone structure but there are many things I can do to improve my overall appearance. I am not an expert on passing but what I do know from my research is that much of it is in your own head and you normally won't get picked out for a single feature...why would you, cis-women have all sorts of size noses.

umm yes. many CIS woman have large noses.  I have a large nose and I do just fine. Am i comfortable with it? heck no! but i wouldn't say it really factors into my passibility.

Yes. Men generally have a bigger nose than women. I also have a big and wide nose, but I pass well. My biggest obstacle for passing is my low voice.

Would you have started HRT? It has narrowed my nose by about half after around 9 months, and everyone mentions it to me. Most people can testify to the effects of estrogen to the nose.

My mom had a big nose like my grandpa and I have a big nose too. Women come in all shapes and sizes. I was afraid my shoulders might be too wide, but I have seen plenty of women with wider shoulders than me. Same with the nose.
