Hi,
I have been in chat a little but not much. My name is Nicci. Im 50 (well, I will be in 58 days). 

My story isn't all that unique. I transitioned once, changed my name, got on hormones, then "detransitioned" only to find, another 10 years later that I wasn't happy with that choice.

I am not fond of the word transition really but I don't know what to use in its place to describe where I am. At the age I am at, and, the place I am at in my life, I am not seeking surgery, however I live full time, I am on hormones, and while I might be happier with GRS, I don't have the resources for it. That isn't to say I am unhappy.

The last few years has found losses of family and friends due to either physical or mental illness. In their wake i have gained new friends. I hope to, perhaps, do the same here.
