Question about my account

I'm confused. I was registered, and made a few posts. One commenting on a video link that was shared. One introducing myself. And one giving some advice to a fellow user.

A few hours later mysteriously my entire account is gone and my posts are deleted. I never got a notification or email. I never got a warning. I didn't do anything wrong, so I was curious why I got deleted? I sent an email to the contact address but no one ever answered.

Hi April,

I'm not sure what may have happened. We did have a problem with our hard drives a few weeks back, possibly you were caught up in that?

I'm so sorry your posts were lost.

Anyhow, it is lovely to have you here. You are most welcome and one of the mods will send you links to help you around the site (I'm on my iPad and have a problem sending attachments).

Please do join in, post away and I hope you enjoy being here and meet lots of friends.

Welcome to Susan's Place again. I did a little checking before I was ready to make this post and here is what I found. As a moderator I receive notifications of new users when they create an account and the first time you created an account was Nov 6  about 10:30 am server time. The hard drive crashed that evening and we lost a little less that a days worth of work. I am sorry but your account and all of your work was lost in the crash. I am providing a link that covers what happened.
