But it gets worse.  The paper goes on to explain that this young woman — er, man ... whatever — actually identifies as a "gay male." It explains that her, "public unveiling as a transgender gay male happened as an adult two years ago.  His designation means he has a female body, but identifies as a male and is sexually attracted to men." "

Seems to be a lot of WTF is wrong with the dictionary
and standard definitions of things, going on here.

It all depends on what the actual reality is. Don't forget this is a right wing reporter who chooses words to inflame the situation. The guy could be on T, could be post chest surgery, and not had bottom surgery and the right wing will still say he's female-bodied.

I got to go with Dennis on this.  First anytime they begin by quoting Mike Savage you know your in for a sleigh ride on the slippery road of insanity dangling off the cliff of reason.  You got that out of the way in the first sentence, you got to know what's coming next.    Its impossible for me to think that anything that begins with Mike Savage is going to end well.

Even if he hasn't had surgery or hormones, that doesn't mean he isn't a gay male.  He could be a gay identified female?  you know, similar to lesbian identified men.

yep a gay guy in a female body or a lesbian in a male body.  dont see what the problem is.  before t & top surgery, I was a straight dude ina female body.  what's the fuzz about.

The fuzz is that some people have absolutely no knowledge about the meaning of gender identity.  In other words, they are just stupid and earn a living by publishing moronic articles..

Most articles are geared to 8th grade level reading skills. Perhaps 8th grade has changed since i was in it, I think Coolidge was still president, but I don't recall learning a lot about well-reasoned argument in 8th grade. Although i did have to read Les Miserables!

I know Victor Hugo!!  And neither Mike Savage nor Matt Barber are Victor Hugo!   *smirk*

Expect the lowest common denominator from most 'commentators' in the public eye, or patoot, and you'll not normally be disappointed.  😀

But this is supposed to be the most advanced nation in the entire world!    I'm soooooooooooooooooooooo glad that I didn't attend elementary or highschool in the United States.
