Im having some bad luck with shoes i tried many things like orderin shoes online through ebay then a cd store, i had the worst luck i measure up 11" inches theoretically womens size shoe = 13 which is pretty big
I spent over 200$ on shipping alone for returns and what not because everytime i would try to get a different shoe the size was different. Its all so confusing
I recently bought a pair from ebay that i figured out the exact right size for my foot it is chinease size 47.
I bought boots from the store size 12 too big
I bought 1 pair heels size 14 too big
I bought different pair heels size 13 too small
Bought another pair of boots size 10 almost fit it was too tight but almost.
If you notice the pattern it doesn't make sense.
This is real bad as for it makes me question if i want to transition to female, over stupid shoes that i love so much

Shoe sizes very depending on the manufacture and to some degree the style. The more expensive manufactures tend to produce more consistent sizing. I like Long Tall Sally because I am size 13 and it's one of the few places that carry sizes that big. There are others stores out there but so far I haven't needed dress shoes that much lately so I haven't shopped around much.

Payless and Nordstrom's Rack are also good choices.  I too wear a Woman's 13 and find some shoes there.  Sarah

I shop online 'cause they never have my size in the stores I go to.

The only place I am willing to buy shoes, lingerie, or clothes on line anymore is Amazon, using Amazon Prime.  Yes, it costs $99 a year, but it gives you unlimited two-day shipping (for eligible merchandise) at no charge, and free returns.  For me, it's well worth it.

You want to hear something funny? I'm anything from a size 8 to a size 10. I've found that it wasn't the length but the width. My mom always says that we have wide feet get wide with.

Yes. Wide size high heels fit very well to my feet. They are far more comfortable to walk on.

Usually a size 10 is good to my feet, but in some cases, size 11 feels better. Later, I realized that the problem is not the length, but the width,especially for the pointed heels. I ordered a few wide-size boots from AliExpress.com, waiting the delivery.

At size 10 why dont you just go in store. Me they dont have my size max is size 11 and thats rare.

The larger ladies sizes happened to be next to the men's section at a Payless Shoes store.  I picked up a nice pair of size 13 flats for $15.    The issue I've had with shoes is having to look through 100's of 'stripper' heels to find some I'd like to wear.

I also discovered that I can buy online from them and they had wide width's available and again nice 3" and less heels (as well as flats).

I realized the core of your problem in the first sentence. You were shopping for shoes online. I wouldn't think of shopping for shoes online. Even in walk-in stores I have to try on a zillion shoes to find a decent fit. It's time to get over your gender-related embarrassment and go to a shoe store. You'd probably feel most comfortable in one of the self-service type stores. In the US, the Payless chain is a good one. I've had luck at stores like Marshall's and TJ/TK Max as well.

I live in Southern California, and I used to be able to find decent shoes in my size (14) at DSW in Hollywood, but they inexplicably stopped carrying anything over 12 about a year or so ago.  There are a few small shops in Hollywood that carry crazy platform heels, but otherwise it's almost impossible to find a brick and mortar store.  Since Barefoot Tess got bought out by Long Tall Sally, it seems like the good deals there are a thing of the past.  I have found some decent sandals at The Avenue online, but I mostly buy at Payless now.  They only go up to 13, but many styles still fit me and they are constantly posting sales promotions.
