Alright dude, here you go.

1-Do you pee standing up? Depends on if I feel like it.  In public yes always, but I also avoid public bathrooms.
2-Do you find a stall or use a urinal? A stall.
3-Do you use an STP device? Yes.  The transthetics EZP.
4-Have you ever had an awkward moment in the bathroom? It's always awkward, but that's my own stuff, not because I've had an issue.
5-Did you ever not feel safe in the bathroom of your choosing? Same answer as #4.
6-Did you ever had to *Explain* your self in the the bathroom? No.

1=Has your skin become itchy? No.
2=Do you notice your self needing more sleep? Less sleep actually.
3=Have you been extremely hungry at times?  When I first started yes.  My appetite has changed.  I don't crave sweets or have a desire to binge eat anymore, and I crave protein like mad.
4=Do you notice sometimes feeling tired for no reason?  My energy level is way better now than before t.  The day before my shot is kinda rough though.
5=Intense urge to Stretch? I'm much more aware of my muscles now, and stretching feels more need.  No an intense urge though.
6=Have back pain well on T? No.  My back pain went away after I started.  Presumably because it's stronger now.
7=Itchy Scalp? Yes sometimes.
8=Feeling like your always go go? Sometimes.  When I first started, very much so.  Now the day or a couple days after a shot I'll feel like that.
9=Muscles feeling weak or tight? I feel stronger than ever.  My arms and shoulders feel tight. 
10=Joint Pains? No.
11=After you urinate to you feel anything odd? No.
12=As down there changes are you *Aware* of the special growth?(Keeping It PG here.) Umm I'm aware in the sense it's happened lol.  I don't walk around being *aware*

Well, it would be kinda interesting to use a urinal while sitting so I go for a stall.

Some lady gave me the evil eye years ago in the ladies' room. I wasn't even on T yet. And once some guy asked me why didn't I use the ladies' when there was a line for the men's room. I just asked him back: "why would I do that?" Never got an answer.

5-Did you ever not feel safe in the bathroom of your choosing?
No. I don't like using public toilets in general so I'm not often in a situation where that might happen.

6-Did you ever had to *Explain* your self in the the bathroom?
No.

Not noticably.

Not really. My sleeping schedule is sometimes very erratic so I need more sleep because of that occassionally.

Yes.

Not really. If it's not because of physical exhaustion, it's most likely because of stress etc.

5=Intense urge to Stretch?
Especially in the morning and sometimes just because I feel like it.

6=Have back pain well on T?
I don't think my back pains have ever been T-related. I just lift things in the wrong way because who has time to think about that, pfft.

7=Itchy Scalp?
Not that I've noticed.

8=Feeling like your always go go?
Nah. I'm a lazy man.

9=Muscles feeling weak or tight?
I associate tightness to physical exercise on my part. No weakness whatsoever.

10=Joint Pains?
Again, only when I do stuff wrong like in #6.

Well, after I noticed something had happened I became aware of it. That's about it.

No. My eyesight is bad to begin with, though (near-sighted and astigmatism).

Haha, I rarely remember my dreams at all and the ones I remember have been very strange. The strangeness is the only thing I remember about them, though. Nothing specific.

Not without a reason.

Well, the hungryness hasn't gone away but I just enjoy eating... Not because I'm hungry but because I like it. Thank goodness for my metabolism that demolishes everything.

Hmm... well, these are my experiences from being five days shy from three years on T.

2- I find a stall (i still use Women bathroom)

At a bar, i had to use the bathroom and i went straight for the stall, which was in use lol the dude never locked it, so saw him taking a piss, i backed out fast and apologized, the guy didnt care, he was like its all good man, and this other dude started laughing saying he thought i was going to use the urinal, i told him i was pee shy. It was awkward but funny at the same time.

No, i always felt safe

3=Have you been extremely hungry at times?[/b] y e s. when you first start t your appetite will sky rocket. i remember eating a meal, going out, eating another meal while out, i'd come home, and then want to eat again. if you do this, make sure you exercise otherwise you'll gain the t-10, t-15, t-20, etc.
4=Do you notice sometimes feeling tired for no reason? [/b]yeah, not sure if it's related to t though.
5=Intense urge to Stretch? [/b]not especially...
6=Have back pain well on T? [/b]my neck and shoulders felt sore when they were growing, but this was very early on and it's nothing you cannot manage.

19=Anything not listed that you'd like to add? [/b]honestly with some of your questions/symptoms, i feel like you have anxiety. i found myself getting really compulsive over these things as well. try not to worry. you are okay and what you're experiencing is normal.

I sometimes pee standing up at home, but it's challenging because I don't have an STP device. Not to be gross, but sometimes I make a point of peeing in the shower so that standing up is an option. In public, I never stand for obvious reasons.

Stall.

I had one, but the plastic was so hard that I couldn't pack with it without a serious boner, which made it useless to me. I didn't want to whip my STP out of my backpack every time I took a piss.

I've had men openly stare at me in the men's room. That is pretty common, since I don't pass.

5-Did you ever not feel safe in the bathroom of your choosing?
Once, a man followed me into the women's room and tried to pull me out. That was actually pretty unnerving. The excitement of being gendered correctly was definitely counterbalanced by having someone yelling at and grabbing me. He clearly thought I was some kind of sexual predator, and I was honestly a little worried that he was going to beat me up in front of his young son. Eventually, he realised I was "a woman" and let me go, but even I felt a little freaked for the rest of the night.

6-Did you ever had to *Explain* your self in the the bathroom?
See above. I've also had classmates catch me using the handicapped bathroom and lightly interrogate me about it. "Did I use the men's? Why didn't I go into the woman's?" etc, etc. "I like the privacy of the single stall" handled the issue pretty quickly.

I have to take Benydryl a couple of times a week or my whole body gets itchy.  It used to be every day.  Doc says that is just how it is for me.

4-Have you ever had an awkward moment in the bathroom? Well, I don't use the bathroom unless it's an emergency and that very rare. The other day I really had to pee and didn't bring my STP. I don't always pack. I went in the men's room and went into a stall. I knew there was one guy in there already and he was all the way at the end. I picked an empty middle stall. I was about to drop my pants when a guy to my left and a guy to my right entered at the same time. Both dropped their pants to do #2 and they both must have eaten the same thing cause they had explosive diarrhea. It was so awkward and weird and smelly that I buttoned up my pants and found an empty family bathroom instead.
5-Did you ever not feel safe in the bathroom of your choosing? When using the female bathroom presenting as female. I never really passed as a female even though I was assigned it at birth.
6-Did you ever had to *Explain* your self in the the bathroom? No, I kinda just ran in and ran back out when I was in the girls bathroom.

1=Has your skin become itchy? I've always had itchy skin. I have no allergies that I know of.
2=Do you notice your self needing more sleep? Nope, I need less sleep.
3=Have you been extremely hungry at times? Yes. At times but not always. I tend to get hungry at the wrong time when I'm usually very busy. I usually end up forgetting to eat.
4=Do you notice sometimes feeling tired for no reason? No, not really.
5=Intense urge to Stretch? Yes. Most probably because the muscles are growing.
6=Have back pain well on T? Not since I had top surgery.
7=Itchy Scalp? I've always had an itchy scalp and I am kinda forced to use Head and Shoulders shampoo.
8=Feeling like your always go go? Yup. I'm much more into actually living and having a life. It's kinda nice actually.
9=Muscles feeling weak or tight? Tight, yes. Weak, no.

18=If you any of the above how long did it last? Still itchy, still growing. I'm one year on T and still going through changes. I don't have to stretch as much. Before it was like having a nervous tick having to stretch all the time. Now it's calmed down.
19=Anything not listed that you'd like to add? Enjoy the changes and don't worry about every little thing that happens. One day you'll randomly look at a part of your body and be like "hey, when did that spot get hair". Changes take time. Keep your self busy as much as you can, especially since you'll need less sleep. Discover hobbies and enjoy loved ones.

That said, I do get weird looks in the ladies room.

19=Anything not listed that you'd like to add? Mood will change. It will be up and down until everything starts to balance out. I, sometimes, feel very detached from reality and my head just feels like it's in a cloud but, I don't believe that is T related that's more of an anxiety type issues i've been dealing with since before my transition. My shoulders were the more noticeable change at first for me and then the facial hair kind of slowly came along. I use to weigh 115lbs pre-T. My first year and a half on T I was around 155-160lbs. I am now (a bit over two years on T) 142lbs. I did go up a half a shoe size and also, my arms and hands are becoming more vascular. Be patient with your changes it's going to take time.

Yeah. My face started itching when I started testosterone. As well as my stomach, chest, back. Any where the hair is turning dark and course.

I gained weight when I first started. I was 135 then went up to a 158. I'm back down at 130 and I'm 5' 4" so it's pretty average. Still lookin to lose a few more pounds but I'm content.

Sometimes.  I prefer peeing standing up but hate the STP device I own.

2-Do you find a stall or use a urinal?
Stall.

3-Do you use an STP device?
Yes. Medicine spoon type, which I don't like.  I want an STP/packer combo.

4-Have you ever had an awkward moment in the bathroom?
Does pissing yourself in private thanks to a new STP type count?  If not then no.

5-Did you ever not feel safe in the bathroom of your choosing?
Nope.  I have never felt unsafe in men or women's restrooms.

6-Did you ever had to *Explain* your self in the the bathroom?
Nope.  No one has ever cared.

Definitely not--I need 2-4 hours less sleep than before.

Yes!  I don't eat too much more at meals than I did before, but I eat twice as many meals.  I ate 6 times today.

Yes, but I had that problem before T, too, and it is usually in the afternoon after lunch.  T has made it happen less, not more.

Yes, it grew substantially in two weeks.  From smaller than a pea to pinkie sized.  And it is still growing.  It was the first change, so I do feel it simply because it's so different.

No more than I had before...  Some of them seem more vivid, but I dunno if it is the T or not.  It's not like they bother me.

I already had a VERY high sex drive for someone with lady parts, but now that I am on T it is off the charts.  Before I just thought a lot about sex, now I honestly want to get it on with half the people I meet.  And unlike before T, the idea of just having sex with someone then never seeing them again doesn't seem iffy to me.  My common sense has been affected.  (I actually jerked off while driving the other night, then felt horribly guilty for doing something so crazy.  And THEN felt horribly terrified when I realized if a rational 29 year old was doing this, heaven knows the 16 year old boys are doing it, too.)

I have to say that it is interesting to see how varied people's experiences are.  It just goes to show you how different everyone is.  However, a lot of the things you asked about are hard to measure because they may or may not be related to transition and/or they could be a result of a placebo effect.  For example, I say that I sleep much less on T, but I also stopped taking anti-anxiety medication just three months before starting T, so it could be a result of getting those drugs out of my system or it could be the T or (most likely since it occurred right as I started taking T) it could be a combo of both things.  Another example is itchy skin.  Itchy skin is going to be determined mostly by how your skin reacts to various conditions, so no one's comments are likely going to tell you much.  On the other hand ANYTIME new hair grows you get itchiness (even after you shave your legs), so you can pretty much guarantee that there will be some itchiness when you get new body hair that will go away once it fully comes in.  So definitely take this all with a grain of salt, otherwise you may end up with bad placebo effects!  It's neat to hear everyone's replies, though!

1) Yes, but not often these days, even with my stp. Sitting is honestly more convenient.

2) Stall. I don't think I'll ever have the confidence to use a urinal.

5) Mostly paranoid, especially when I was on the road and in unfamiliar places.

Part 2:

1) A bit.

2) Yes, but that could be related to my depression.

3) Oh god, yes. My appetite is ridiculous.

4) Yes.

7) Yes, though I've had eczema problems pre-T.

Not sure if I'll be as useful (not being what people may consider 'fully' physically fTm or AFAB) but I'm transitioning socially femme -> masc, so hopefully I can help ;P

5-Did you ever not feel safe in the bathroom of your choosing? I have a couple of times in a local gay bar, but only really because of the drunk guys giving me weird looks (if you're fTm, I'd recommend being extremely careful in bar or club bathrooms)

Everyone is different, and in transition bathrooms are one of the trickiest things to deal with. My advice is be careful and consider the sort of people that will be sharing the bathroom with you, if you're pre-t or even not passing 100% you could be at risk - not that this means you shouldn't use the bathroom of your choice, just watch out for yourself
