How much potassium is too much in your diet?

This might just be another of my "stressing out too much over nothing" things, but I was wondering how closely potassium in your food needs to be monitored  while on spiro? I do eat a lot of high potassium foods like bananas especially, so I am just worried that I will have to make a lot of adjustments to my diet once I begin HRT. I've heard that it's actually supplements that you need to be more worried about. If that's the case then I am ok since I don't take any.

I get my lab results on Tuesday the 7th, so I am obviously very anxious. I'm hopeful that everything will come out just fine and I'll be starting HRT next week. So I just want to be as prepared as possible. I've been reading so many different topics here on the forums and watching a ton of videos on YouTube.

Keep diuretics like caffeine to a minimum, limit bananas, fruit juice and energy drinks. Drink as much salt as you want. Salt is VERY important and water.
