Hi there. I'm currently researching Dr. Suporn as I'm trying to decide which surgeon to do my forehead (brow bossing reduction).

I've been using google and searching susans, but I only found a few reviews.

If any of you know of reviews, experiences, pictures, posts about Suporn's forehead work, please provide the link.

Thanks in advance! :) I hope to compile as much information as I can. Perhaps this could be useful for others considering Suporn for FFS.

You won't find that many FFS results online, because he is mostly wanted for his SRS services... and most girls who get FFS prefer to be private, and not share pictures online. Maybe your best chance is finding his actual FFS patients, on forums like this, and ask them to see pics privately. From the impression I got, many of his FFS patients were actually returning patients who had SRS a year or two earlier. So there might be information available in "SupornSRS" groups (on yahoo and FB), but I don't know if any of these groups accept members who are not booked for surgery, or former patients.

Suporn did my forehead. I honestly think my forehead is one of the best results I've seen from any doctor. I obviously can't say if mine is representative of all his work, but it's rounded and smooth, pushed farther back than I could have hoped and is unmistakably female. He also took my eyes from hooded and deep set, to prominent with no hooding. Basically performed an orbital rim removal lol! It's also very natural looking, eyebrows sit perfectly (I actually get compliments about that and no one knows I've had anything done), and I'm just alround thrilled.

Thanks for the information girls!

@Bellaswan: Could you tell me a bit more about your procedure (type 1, 2 or 3 forehead?) and your experience with aftercare? Did you have the surgery done at Aikchol hospital?

I read that Suporn does type 3 in 85% of cases, and 15% of the cases he makes a controlled fracture and sets the sinus back (from his website). Both ways sound good to me. I have doubts with "shave and fill" that some other doctors suggest.

I'm leaning more and more towards Suporn, or at least enough to have a consultation with him. Chonburi is a little out of the way, but 1 hour by taxi/driver doesn't sound too bad. The nearby hotel from his clinic looks pretty good too.

I'm glad to find videos such as this - - made by Suporn's SRS patients, showing the sights and sounds of walking from the hotel to clinic. It's comforting to know that so many others have made the journey to see him.

Aikchol hospital is a big plus too.

To anyone reading, feel free to message me or reply with your thoughts and opinions! Anyone not satisfied with Aikchol hospital, Suporn, or staff?

I honestly don't remember, but I think it was a type 3 considering the amount of change he created. It's VERY feminine. However I sure the resetting will achieve the same result in less heave foreheads. The shave and fill is a substandard method that will most likely leave you with an awkward forehead if it's not extremely feminine already. Some may disagree, but I don't think most craniofacial surgeons bother with it. I certainly wouldn't settle for it.

The after care is fine. I was there for ffs and srs, so honestly most of it is a blur of drugs and I really just wanted to leave. I didn't like Chonburi and I kept mostly to myself. Dr Suporn's clinic is nice and the hospital is fine, but Chonburi is a smelly ->-bleeped-<-hole. I hated every second I spent in Thailand. I'd do it again in a heartbeat, though.

Question! I just read on another thread regarding SRS with Suporn, and apparently his wait list is a year long! This got me thinking, is the wait list for FFS this long as well? After all, he does only have two hands.

If that's the case, I need to hurry up with contacting, consultation, and deciding if I have plans of getting something done in the near future.

There is only one waiting list.... Its possible to get an earlier date, because some people will postpone or cancel their surgery. You just need to be the first who asks or it.

Here's Dr Suporn schedule

http://www.supornclinic.com/clients/calendar.htm

You can get into the Yahoo group just by asking, although there's not much going there these days

You can only get into the Facebook group if you have booked or have already been. You can track it down though the yahoo group if you want.

Alright! Just a little update. So Suporn remains among my short list of preferred surgeons.

I was able to find some detailed reviews and have saved the links for future reference. If anyone wants to see them, just ask and I can pm. Or, you can google them as I did. They were quite easy to find (google image key words: Suporn forehead).

I think the next step is making contact w/ Suporn, and if that goes well, a consultation.

Also, thanks AnonyMs for posting the schedule! I'm a bit bummed out by the long wait list but I will take Lagertha's advice and asked to be moved up if someone cancels or reschedules.

Planning way too far ahead right now. :D

Thanks all for answering my questions and helping out!

If you watch it every day you'll see a lot of gaps appearing. I believe you have to ask to be moved when you see a chance, they won't do it automatically.
