Thank you! There's def still jaw and chin swelling but it's not at all noticeable to a stranger's perspective.

Right now Facial Team is at the top of my list.  I may end up talking to Dr. Spiegel but I'm still doing research on him.
I've had some great results on HRT and can say I pass 98% of the time, but my brow is a Type III and I think I need someone that can give me a nice fem forehead.lol   Like yours!

I have another meeting with FT. 

Hopefully, I'll be less on the fence about my choice after a few chats with them.

So, I'm stuck at home sick. And yesterday was my official 3 months postop. So I decided to post some update photos :-). These are without makeup freshly out of the shower.

At this point I only have a small amount of residual numbness in front of the incision on the scalp. But that's it. My jaw and chin seem to shrink every day still. I think it's done and then it goes down even more. FT said it'd take six months, so I probably shouldn't be surprised haha.

You're looking amazing Dana! The Facial Team 'natural' look has worked its charm again :-)

I'm at 5 months post-op today. I think where you at at now at 3 months is when you see the biggest changes. I'd imagine something like 90% of the swelling is gone by 3 months, so it's hard to keep track of that remaining 10% or so around the jaw and chin.

Last week though I was going through my old photos on Photobooth at work and I found an old photo from exactly a year before, so I made a quick comparison shot. I was shocked at the difference in my jaw and chin, as I am now so used to my newer looking face.

Thanks Charlotte! And yeah, I do the same. I've gotten really used to it and sometimes I forget what a difference there is, especially considering as you said, how natural the facial team look is. And then I put a postop photo next to a preop one and go, whoa! Haha. One of my favorite things also is how many of my friends and family say, 'The results are so natural, if I didn't know you had surgery I'd have no clue you had surgery.'

Hi, I have a question for you!  After your jaw and chin, did they give you a black elastic band that goes around your head that you are supposed to wear?  Is it necessary, and if so, when and how long did you use it for?  I find it very uncomfortable especially when sleeping..

Hey there! Yes I did, it's to make sure the muscles and soft tissue reattach to the bone in the correct place. And you wear it for 14 days if I remember correctly.
