Just a quick question:
I'm wondering if there is a more significant way to lower my sperm count than the average ways of: eating bacon/fatty foods, drinking sodas/fatty drinks and such. Just trying to keep my SO relatively relaxed when it comes to the possibility of pregnancy, as we are trying to avoid it. Tips?

Also, I recently ordered a bottle of "Raw Ovarian Glandular 250 mg 60 Caps". Anyone have pointers on the usage of these?

Shutting down sperm production is the male is near impossible. It's why there is a birth control pill for women and not men. I wouldn't expect the  Ovarian extract to to much and you would be better off seeing a doctor and receiving more effective and possibly cheaper care. If you are worried about birth control, you should use time tested methods and say away from the untested ideas.

Thank you! She is on birth control, with 99% effectiveness, but she is still sketchy! What are some more time tested ideas? And the extract supplement is simply to lower testosterone and start the feminizing process.

Condoms and vasectomies for males. Women have the pill, IUDs and tubes tied for women.  There are a few more risky forms of birth control but the ones I listed are pretty effective.

Pills, IUD, and surgery are all wildly dangerous for women. Stick to condoms and a vasectomy.

Birth control in general is very effective. You can always use some spermicide too to double up, and pull out
