If the hormones and hair care can bring you back from thinning to full that will be great, but in my experience that doesn't commonly happen. Like me you may find yourself in the same boat as many women with thinning hair. If you still have enough on the sides and back, a hairpiece called a "topper" could do the job for you. There are all sorts of toppers, some that clip to the top of the hair, some that are installed and must be changed every couple of months or so and so on.
I've long been a wig enthusiast, even when I had abundant hair. It's nice to have easy options on hand, but it's not easy to find and fit one that works really well for you. For me human hair wigs and lace fronts are the only way to go. A good HH wig needs to be well cared for though.
