Friday.
I could make a joke involving the origin of the names of weekdays, but I can't bother right now.

"Monday Monday - so good to me!"

The oh so dreaded Monday.

I was born on Friday the 13th. 

I bet there will be slightly fewer weekend results. No doctor's gonna want to come in on Saturday to induce labor, right? So if anyone is a scheduled birth, their doc probably tried to get them out of the way Friday or make 'em wait til Monday.
