I know that many of us are isolated. We have lost friends and family. We feel alone. And it is common practice that we expect to be happy this time of year. In spite of all the public cheer we often feel miserable.
Please don't. If you feel the seasons best, please share with the rest of us. The hardest thing to break during transition is the blues. We've been betrayed and we have been the betrayers. We take on all the guilt. Let's try to take on some happiness and peace in the knowledge that we are moving forward.
