How quickly do they work, and which effects happen first?

Spironolactone takes about 1 months before it starts to have any antiandrogenic effects. Which effects happen first? Going to bathroom 15 times per day...
(and 5 times per night)
Cyproterone acetate has more immediate antiandrogen effects... takes like a week before it starts working.

If on Sprio, then you would notice trips to bathroom go up rather quickly. As far as having other affects in took awhile as has been already stated. I can't be sure how quick since I was on just estrogen first. Hugs
