Dee and I always give each other ideas of what we might like or need for Christmas.  One thing I had mentioned more or less became a moot point after my therapy visit on the 16th, my therapist recommending HRT and where things will progress from here.  Anyway, Dee was telling me she was thinking, "What else would she like?"  This was the first time Dee verbally used she when referring to me.  I literally jumped up off the sofa, took the three steps to her recliner, hugged her and gave her a kiss.  Then I had to walk out of the den into the hall to wipe the tears out of my eyes.

I wish you a very Merry Christmas. Sounds like next year will be a better year. Your story made me tear up as well. Sometimes love does indeed triumph over all.

Warm fuzzies.  A good sign I think.

Thanks Dori, Debra and LordKat.  It's just a word but it was the most beautiful Christmas gift of all.
