Hello ladies myou name is Raven, I'm a 22yo young lady looking into getting my SRS. I have been contemplating between Dr. Brassard, Dr. Suporn, Dr. Preecha & Dr. Chettawuth. Excuse my spelling. I would love some feedback from ladies who have gone with any of the above, depth and sensation wise. As I'm looking to have minimum of 6 inches in depth.

You can scrap Brassard from the list then. He usually aims for 5-5.5, if you have the space and materials then maybe you can have 6 or more, not guaranteed.

You might talk to Brassard about 6 in... well some people had more than 5,5 in... but some people said he did not follow through on the operation... he seems to kind of stick to a standard he considers safe...

all procedures have their pros and cons... you might do your due diligence...

Dr. Brassard and dr. Preecha offer similar technique, penile-inversion with scrotal graft. How much depth can you expect is largely dependent on the size of your penis, whether you are circumcised or not, and if you are not, you will maybe have a chance to choose whether you feel the depth is more important or looks. This would differentiate in whether penile prepuce is used for inner labia minora and hooding, or is it used for extra vaginal depth, in which case urethra would be used for inner labia and hooding, or both could also be made from penile skin. Penile prepuce will generally give aesthetically better result for inner labia compared to using urethra or skin from penile shaft. Im not shure if Brassard is able to give you this kind of options to choose, but Im 99% surgeons from PAI institute will. If you have a really large penis you can likely expect 6 inch maybe even slightly more from both options. If you are in about average size, you can still expect decent depth, which around 5 inch definitely is. If you are smaller than average, and depth is very important to you, you might want to look into other options, like Chettawut and Suporn.

Both Suporn and Chettawut will be able to achieve 6 inch depth. Suporn guarantees 6 inch minimum because of his "meshed" scrotal graft. Chettawut uses normal scrotal skin graft for vaginal wall, which means he is sometimes not able to achieve such depth without using additional skin graft from groin, or abdominal area. Again it depends on what you start with and how much scrotal skin is available. It might well be enough for 6 inch or more... You wont be able to know exactly how much to expect unless you have personal consultation with him. In any case 6 inch is achievable.

I went to Chett and I'm happy with my result. He is amazing. I got 6inches in depth. Looks and sensation wise he was able to give me. But to be honest with you, it doesn't matter when it comes down to it . you choose the surgeon you feel the most comfortable with, the one that you trust. Everyone is diff, we all have diff anatomy. What I got you may not get and what he will give to you he won't be able to do for others. Good luck!!

I think folks have about covered it. One thing to remember is your own frame. It isn't for various reasons always possible to give a stated depth. In my case all Dr Chett would promise was his best and after surgery he told me I had 3 maybe 4 inches while I was still in his clinic; It wasn't until the packing came out we found I had 6 inches.

The 4 surgeons are all definitely capable of 6 inches and good sensation. What you have to evaluate is other things such as price, location, recovery schedule and for some even the post op care and dilation schedule are factors. I would advise contacting the surgeons and asking them questions, Then evaluate from how they resond which one seems to feel right for you. Dr Suporn has a 1 year plus waiting list so that too could be a factor in your decision

Good luck and I hope the surgery when it happens goes well for you

Quick question, among those doctors listed do they all make a cervix?

And, if you're smaller than average (say 4 inches long) does that mean you'll only get 4 inches deep?!

Nobody makes a cervix (the mouth of the uterus from vagina)

if you are smaller than average, it is not your member length, but how much skin it has that can strech. If it is inadequate, usually the surgeon will use a skin graft to maintain the minimum depth possible.

Making a cervix is a technique usually not used any more.
It was like sewing a part of the urethra in place.
It involved the additional risk of bleeding.
If you ask for it some surgeons might consider it.

There are studies showing with hormonal influence from estrogen via hrt a neovagina can turn into a mucosa.
So it might not be absolutely necessary to sew in mucosal tissue from the urethra there.
Another point might be additional stimulation for a penis. Well that might be asked with the surgeon.

If you are smaller additional skin grafts might be used.
And Suporn has a technique to mesh the tissue so its more stretchable.
Some surgeons can give more advice after a consultations, after having a look at what is available.
