Hello everyone.

My name is Natalie and I'm a MTF transition who is currently 23. I started about 6 moths ago, but I was living in the Quad Cities of Iowa/Illinois at the time and there weren't a lot of resources. I've since moved into downtown Denver, but my social life has been an abysmal mess and I fell into a rough patch of depression and a bit of drug abuse.

I've finally hit my breaking point where I've realized how incredibly important it is to meet others and be able to share my feelings. I can't do things alone anymore and so I've finally decided I need to start getting myself involved with the community instead of relying on councillors and therapist as my venting outlet.

I look forward to making new friends, and hopefully starting to get to know people who are from more local areas. At the very least, it feels nice to be somewhere in which people understand the challenges I'm going through.
