So I started in March of 2015. I've read the effects and when to sort of expect them. The only thing I've really gotten was very mild breast growth. And maybe a very slight bit of reduced sex drive.

This is worrying me because I'm not fitting into any of the projected time frames for these effects. I talked to my endocrinologist about it and he recommended I take a blood test so we can check the levels. I'll do that in my  next day off.

Was just wondering if any of you women had any similar situations?

It will depend on the individual and whether they are on anti androgens.  There is a big difference in pictures of my face between one year and two years on estrogen. I was not on anti androgens. Breast growth varies between individuals.

Blood levels will tell the story but after 5 years of pills, I only reached a AA size cup. I am currently between an A and B cup with around 30 years of HRT. I am tall at 6'2" so I had very little growth from hormones. Others taking the same medication and the same dose respond far better and faster than me.

The other issue is 6 months is still pretty early in the game and it could take 2-3 years to get an idea how you will respond.
