The Experts Exchange, a website for academic experts from different fields to exchange ideas, was an unexpected hit with the transgender community after setting up shop at expertsexchange.com

Lol, that's pretty cute.  It reminds me of a banner I saw during the St. Patrick's Day Parade in Tokyo last year that read:

COME ON YOU
IRISH BOYS

I could not even begin to explain how the spacing makes the difference in this case, but it does.  In a language like Japanese that doesn't use spacing between characters, it must be a very odd concept.
