So earlier today my parents decided to try and order the Emisil STP for me. I sent them a link to the website. After ordering, my parents were alerted that Emisil took $1000 out of their account. So as of right now, it seems that my parents are going through the process to get their money back. The bank told them that Emisil's website is very dangerous and shouldn't be trusted. I'm very confused because I've never heard anything sketchy about Emisil. So I suppose this is a warning to people looking to order from them. Also, has anyone else experienced some troubles with emisil like this? This is all very frustrating and embarrassing :(

Oh no! Did y'all happen to use pay-pall? I've been asking emisil questions via e-mail lately and they are quick to respond. I assume you have contacted Emisil about the issue, have they responded? As for website safety I've never heard of anyone having a problem either. Keep us updated! They better take care of you or it might change my mind about getting one of their prosthetics. I plan to buy one in a month when I have the money, but I'll see if your issue gets resolved. I will e-mail them too if they don't contact you.

I've never heard anyone say bad things about Emisil. I've also never had a bank employee tell me that a site was dangerous after my identity had essentially been stolen. If your folks told them the site, they probably looked it up and were passing judgment on the content and not the actual security features.

Contact Emisil customer service. I'm sure it was some kind of issue and nothing malicious on their end. You don't build a successful business by charging people incorrectly.

Never had any problems with contacting or ordering from Emisil.

If you have contacted them but they haven't responded yet. I've always either gotten a fast response or none at all. So I would suggest you try again (on a week (work) day).

I did email Emisil the other day and they replied back to me yesterday. I explained what happened and asked why that might've happened/how. When they responded, they told me that they sent an invoice to my parents with the order and it could easily be completed from there. While this did not explain how this happened, my parents did receive the invoice, but it does not say on it what the invoice is for. Now I'm trying to convince my parents that Emisil is a safe website, and that I could email them back to see if they could create a new invoice to specify what it is for. My parents weren't paying with PayPal, but the invoice is attempting to charge them through that. It sucks that this happened, but it must've just been some sort of mistake.

Man I am sorry you're having such trouble. Keep emailing them until they get it right! It seems like you're doing a good job mediating between your parents and Emisil. I understand why you're parents are not trusting emisil with the way things have gone so far. The Emisil employees are not primary english speakers, that's probably why their responses are very short. Keep us updated man.

Just want to update: We were able to get the invoice problem solved, so now my prosthetic is ordered! I think the problem was that since Emisil is a foreign company,  my parents credit card automatically declined it (from the USA here). It was fine with PayPal I think though. I'm looking forward to receiving my STP!

Edit: Changed some errors lol

Hey that's GREAT news Pizzaparty78. For what it's worth, I LOVE my Emisil STP. It's my favorite because it's so easy to use and it's incredibly realistic.  I hope it arrives to you quickly and safely.   ;D
