Well I am a while away from HRT, my testosterone level is too high -__- So I am visiting the doctors once a month to take the testosterone away.

So I was wondering is there a way I can create the illusion of having breasts in the mean time?

Breast forms!  I love mine!  Found them in a thrift store of all places... but there are some home made ones I've seen online made with cut rubber balls... not sure how real they'd look, but you could try!!!

Yes, breast forms can be very realistic and then the padded bra has been around for a long long time.  It seems that cisgender women can also feel that flat is less fun.  I purchased silicone boobs many years ago but, for me, it ended up emphasizing feelings of being a fake man and pretend woman. 

Silicone breast forms offer the best solution but they can also sometimes be expensive. I would avoid the solid foam ones as they don't even respond like real tissue but there are other alternatives.

This is risky but it works. Try double or tripling up some balloons filled with water. You only fill up the inner one by the way. It's risky as sometimes, especially after quite a bit of extended use they can break and how embarrassing can that be? The look and movement is good. Keep the air out. You don't want a sloshing sound. :-)

Others have suggested a balloon filled with bird seed or sand. Not as risky as water of course, but it gives the shape and weight. Keep some tape handy just in case you get a small leak.

I'm sure there are other temporary solutions and it is up to you to choose the one best suited to your needs.

i remember when I was a kid I used to pop a couple of apples under my tee shirt. Not very convincing but it was fun!

Cut the feet off old tights and fill them with bird seed, then tie a small knot to make a convincing nipple. Worked for me til HRT kicked in.

Many, if not most, swimsuit bikini tops are padded. Even better, sizing doesn't have to be as exact as some other options because you can tie them where you want. The downside is how heavy they are on your neck...

I refuse to spend real money on my breast forms, and I have been using the ones I make myself for 6 months now with few problems. I have even had people think I got implants because of the sudden appearance of them.

I make mine out of flubber, its a weird little substance made from elmers glue, water, and borax soap additive. All told the only thing that costs more than a few dollars is the borax but it comes in a box so large you will never run out, hell I could mail some to half the trans women in the world and still have enough left over for years.

it makes something similar to silly puddy but softer and looser, it also absorbs heat and will warm to body temperature and stay that way for a while after you don't have them against the skin. Now there a semi solid so i mix it up add food coloring if I want something besides glue white (mine are bright pink right now) then I dole them out into two ziplock sandwich bags, seal them up and tape over the ziplock to be sure the stuff stays in, then I double bag them same way drop them into the feet of some nylons, tie them off, cut off the excess and I am ready to go.

they look good, move great, have real weight and behave much like human fat, they are also solid enough to help push what nature gave you up a bit to create a bit of cleavage. Personally I love mine, have gotten only positve comments about them and in fact It was due to joking with a friend about the boobs I made that I was convinced to show myself to the world which led me to full time two weeks later.

Just Google Flubber its really very easy to make.

also I call them funbags, because they are bags filled with a substance people make with children as a fun activity hence funbags. :-P

I agree with Valwen here... I DONT want breast forms. For one they are expensive, two the majority of the ones I see come from either China or Hong Kong. Over past experiences, I refuse to give my business from any business in Asia, not only because things look great in the picture, but you get the item and if is not good, or falls apart in your hand.

Not to mention the ones in America are either foam, or cheaply made, OR just out right expensive as hell.

So I was just looking to make cleavage with tape and my own skin.

If it helps a piece of plywood puts me to shame... I am JUST THAT flat
