For me the time goes so slow.  :embarrassed: A day, week and a month can feel like forever, and often a year feels like two years or more. That's very annoying. I can't do anything transistion (social or medical) before I turn 18 because family etc, and now I'm 15. My dysphoria is disgusting. I can't do anything before 18 (trying to get F.64.0 - the "diagnose") and probably can't start at any treatment before 20, because the doctor inspections would take 2 years. Norway is a strict country.

My parents believe this is a phase that would go over. They think it would go over before I turn 18 and think I have this phase because they believe I've been abused before I got adopted. They also believe it because I got the diagnose Asperger's Syndrome a couple of years before I realized I was trans'. They says I did weird thing as a child that means I'm not trans, but there are any mental result because something they believe happen pre-adoption. They says I said I were fictional characters from books, movies etc. But doesn't many children do weird things? Idk.

Do the time go slow for you and what do you do to handle that ->-bleeped-<-ty dysphoria?  ??? ???  :embarrassed:  :embarrassed:

Hi Sebby,

Keep busy. Whatever you do don't use drugs or alcohol to cope. There are some things you can do to help such as group and doing things that ease dysphoria such as clothing and hair. Have you spoken to a school counsellor?
