Lawsuit dismissed against Planet Fitness for transgender-friendly locker room policy

"MIDLAND, MI -- A judge has dismissed a Midland County woman's lawsuit against Planet Fitness for its transgender-friendly locker room policy.

Yvette Cormier plans to appeal the judge's ruling, according to her attorney, who called the decision "reckless" in a prepared statement."

Some people just don't know when to accept that they are in the wrong and give up. This lady is one of them.
