BEWARE OF FREETOM!!

I am very frustrated with Freetom.  I ordered a prosthetic from them on October 22 and still have not received it.  I emailed them back in December and they responded within a day or two that because I ordered the paint plus it takes 36 - 40 business days and that it was stated on the website and I was still a few days away from that time frame but assured me it would be shipping soon and I would receive an email when it shipped.  So I waited until 10 days after my time frame was up and emailed them again to ask when it would be shipped, no response.  I waited a week and emailed them again telling them I would give them another week to either send me a tracking number showing it had shipped or refund my money if not I was going to file a complaint with PayPal, which I have now done.  I hate that it comes down to this, but you can't do business with places that don't deliver.  So everyone please beware when ordering from them, I have to say that Reel Magic takes forever, but at least they tell you that up front so you can make an informed decision as to if you want to wait.

That's seriously not cool of them. I had no issues with mine being shipped but I attribute that to buying one of the as-is clearance items, so it was immediately ready to ship. Companies with long wait times need to be much more up front with the expected wait time.

Ive had so many issues with freetom. Taking months to ship products, sending out incorrect products, products which really should be clearanced. Its really sad because they have a good idea going on there but Dominic has absolutely no clue how to run a business. They expanded far too fast to be able to keep up with their popularity and no their cutting corners and screwing people over.

I feel you...I ordered from them December 20 and sent them a message and they havent responded back, and its January! Its crazy. How are you getting in contact with them because they surely can not be getting my messages.

Their getting them. they just ignore them. i have hit them up on every social media ever (which they have now taken them all down) as well as email and have called candace and dominic directly. Still took forever to get any type of response out of them. Out of the 20 or so times i hit them up i only got one response and it was a "ill pass this on to dom and hell get back to you"

Thats messed up , they got ppl money , they should atleast have the respect to respond to an email about shipping. Its been a month, i have no problem waiting , but keep ppl informed. Hopefully it gets better. How can I call candace or dom directly, I been looking for their contact info?

I did finally get my product from them, it just came in the mail, I did not get any email with a shipping notification or tracking number so I was surprised when it came.  I am glad I received my product but it should not be so difficult.  Most consumers will be more patient and understanding if they would just respond to us and keep us informed of the status of our orders.

I'm surprised people are still having problems with them. I've only purchased something from them once, but the overall experience was wonderful--even getting my order three days earlier than the expected delivery date.

Im glad some people are having a positive experience. Ive bought from them a few times over the last 2 years and every time ive had some type of problem. The only reason i even deal with it is because i like the products, but im at the point now that id rather settle for something not as good.
Sadly, there are hundreds, if not thousands of others who have not had as wonderful of an experience as you have

I only had success when I purchased 2 clearance items from them (which were still really expensive) the quality was good though, so I tried to order a full price 4 in 1 with the custom paint. After 3 months I e-mailed them and they told me they had forgot about my order and that I would have to wait until the next month for them to make more prosthetics. Needless to say I cancelled my order and I had a hard time trying to get a refund until I got paypal involved.

It sucks because I really do like their products. Their "buddy stp" is great because you don't need a harness.
