Hello everyone.  I've followed Susan's for a while and just recently registered (finally).  I'm pretty sure that I want to transition to female at least part of the time.  I'm going to visit a gender therapist next week to start figuring things out.

Long time lurker here myself who finally took the plunge, signed up and am finally accepting me for who I really am.
That, IMHO, is the biggest hurdle we all face. Accepting ourselves.
