damn! HRT is a crazy thing. I cant believe what ive seen.

Damnnnn! i was sorting folders and pictures on my computer as it looks like a mess  then i came accross a folder where i had pictures of my full body with only panties 1 week before HRT.


OMG!!! i just cant believe it!?  3 month?!  WTF seriously this is crazy.

i am not going to share here because it is not allowed and it is very personnal but... there is hope and  things are really happening!   

Keep believing girls you will be amazed  and you wont recognize yourself later, believe me.

my hips, my boobs, the size of my areolas, my muscles, my butt , my FACE . like.. i cant recognize this guy on picture , it looks like if i had a brother

Yep, we dont see the changes because we see always see ourself and they are happening gradually but THEY ARE HAPPENING.  like.... i am stunned :icon_walk:

YMMV. :)  I'm a little bit further in, but I lack a clean diet, I have a way higher body fat percentage, and I use tobacco (not for long).  And I'm older!  Ugh.

I kinda wanted to take a picture of my naked body daily, since I've always appreciated that kind of long-term art project.  Ultimately, I didn't for lack of a good camera.  Now, I really wish I had -- when I see my old face, with exception of my gnarly facial hair, I look like the same guy.  :/

Congrats! I did the same I took some pre hrt pictures just so I can see how much has changed once I'm down the road a bit. I can't wait!

I am so happy for you and it has to be a really good boost for your confidence. It makes things so much easier. Since starting hrt I made so many positive changes. Cut right down on sugar besides apples, fruits etc. I forgot to read the label when I bought some slim fast shakes last week and they are full of sugar. They were like a desert treat. No more bread type foods. Not sure how long I can last but I really want it to. I want a super slim tummy. Found a GPS walking app for the cell phone. Walked 14km/8.7miles is 2 hours and that is a somewhat typical walk in the city. Sad part is I am not really losing any weight at all. The belly weight seems to be coming off from the top of the ribs working its way down. I think I have more weight on my chest now. Sometimes I even can feel hitting it with the side of my arm and can cup them with my hands where I can feel weight. I am also thinking that the very sides of the bum are filling out.

Yeah i however did contrary about weight haha.  I dropped my weight and fat to like 148 lbs/ 8%  1 week before HRT  ( i looked uber skinny compared to last may  oh my god)  then once i started hormones i couldnt refrain myself from the heavy cravings.  I went up to 21.5% bodyfat in like 2 month.  The before/after picture is impressive .  I am currently trying to condition me to eat right and follow my diet

I took those sorts of pictures weekly for the first year. It was awful in the beginning (and I still flinch seeing the earliest photos), but it was a huge help whenever I felt like nothing was happening. :)

It really is amazing to me too. i was doing similar comparisons the other day. All of this from a couple of pills every day :)

Here is me after a year.  I still need to lose about 20 more lbs but things are coming along more than I realized before I took the picture.

The thing about losing weight and diet now is that I'm in unknown territory.  Before HRT I knew my body well and how to tune it with diet and exercise.  It's all working differently now so is like a big experiment.

I took a photo in my bikinis after a shower last week to compare for later. I also took many measurements of various areas. I thought it would come in handy and it seems that it will be. I will be doing monthly shots. I think that it will be super neat to compare later.

I have to agree that figuring out proper diet and exercise since starting HRT has been difficult. I definitely can't get away with my old eating habits, but the problem is, the damn cravings! I try to exercise at least 60 minutes each day. That USED to be fine. I could maintain my weight and be somewhat happy with how I looked. Maybe I'm still too early in, but it seems too much of my fat or weight is settling in the "pooch" area. I've never had that problem before. But a lot of people have been telling me that they noticed my butt getting bigger and more jiggly ;) It's all so gradual that it's hard for me to really  notice I guess. I think other people can be much better judges of our progress.

Yes, the cravings were/are the one thing I didn't expect. I'm addicted to milk, olives and pickles. My ex (now house-mate) says its like I'm pregnant. I'm always hungry.

I've recently gotten back into the habit of eating three squares a day.  I can't tell if my appetite is bigger because of the hormones (I always hope that it's the girls growing!) or because I'm actually eating right and my stomach isn't all cranky all the time.

I have always luvd dill pickles still wont touch the other sweet ones though. A jar of baby dills doesn't even last a couple days now. I don't think there is any downside, they don't have any fat or many calories. Have had invisalign braces for a couple weeks now and they have majorly changed what I eat drink also.

Ok so.... I took my new measurements . Woww this confirmed what I saw on my comparison pictures.

I am now 37/28/39 !

My chest went from 42( muscles ) to 35 then to 37 with breast tissues . My waist went from 27.5 to 28 and my hips went from 36 to 39 !!! Wow

I jut copied this from a website. It says it is the calculation for the ideal female body. I was elated when I did it. Just have to lose tummy.

The 3 step process to measuring your body

To calculate your ideal proportions, follow the 3 step proccess below:

Step 1) Determine your ideal waist circumference

Ideal waist circumference = height x 0.382                       "Height in total inches"

Note: Taken at most narrow point below ribs.

Step 2) Determine your ideal shoulder circumference

Ideal shoulder circumference = ideal waist circumference x 1.618

Note: Taken at widest point in shoulders.

Step 3) Determine your ideal hip circumference

Ideal hip circumference = ideal waist circumference x 1.42

Note: Taken at widest point where butt sticks out.

I tried it Jalynn and this is real science  :icon_yes: 

according to this

-my ideal waist should be   height 5.58ft / 67 inch  ,  67x 0,382 =  25.59 inch waist .  ( i am 28inch and fat) I was planning to drop my waist to 26 inch so this proves me my goal is possible  .

- ideal shoulder circumference :  26inch x 1.618  = 42 inch  ( i am 44 inch but my shoulders are still to muscular.. oh well i was a  bodybuilder)

- ideal hip circumferance  =  26inch x 1.42  = 37 inch   ( unsure about this one, my hips doesnt look that wide at 39 inch .. maybe if i drop the waist it will look better?) still it is balanced with my shoulders
