Our fundraising and our pleas have always been aimed at the people who are able to step up and help to support the site, and are willing to do so. We do not look down on anyone who is unable to contribute for whatever reason, ever! But sometimes people who are able, simply need to be reminded that the need is there.
We have people in all situations from just starting out to years post op, and consequently in economic situations ranging from economically distressed, to financially secure.
One such person has recently asked that I add an option that would allow them to upgrade their contribution beyond $50 a month, so I will be adding a few additional subscription options. These additional options will still be identified as platinum subscribers.
Currently we have $5 (Bronze), $10 (Silver), $20 (Gold) , $50 (Platinum). So in the next couple of days, I am going to add a $100, $250, $500, and $1,000, a month option for those who want to contribute more.
