Had my second appointment yesterday with my Endo. All blood work normal and I lost seven pounds since I saw him last. So I got my meds. Just took the first dose of Spiro and estrogen. To quote my nephew I gonna happy dance.

Congratulations.

Avoid caffeine, drink 2 to 3 quarts of water per day and eat salt.
