I cut fast food out, started eating clean, biked to and from work and had a ton of stress (do not recommend).
The cardio is what did it for me honestly! I'll be going to the gym soon to put on a little bit of muscle. I just wanna have lean muscle. Went from 160 to 130 in a year. Lost 3-4 pant sizes (my 30x30s feel kinda big now....)
