Just because you're taking hormones and you're feeling tired, doesn't necessarily mean it's to do with hormones. It could be something totally unrelated. That's where the importance of consulting with a medical doctor comes in.

Yes, and for me, the major tiredness started about 2 weeks into it.  Basically, I just found it easier to go to sleep earlier each night. I didn't have much fatigue during the day.

For the most part, I was happier, clearer headed, but then would occasionally have a bit of what I'd call "brain fog".  That all subsided towards the end of the 2nd month.

My E was upped about 2 weeks ago, and I will hit the 3 month mark this weekend. I didn't notice any change at all from the upping of the E, and things appear to rolling along nicely.
