So, general warning for body stuff.
Just registered hoping i can get some sort of answer to my problem lol

Quick info, I've been on T for about a year and a half and I'm pre-op.
Lately I've been having cramps that feel like the ones you get during that week oh so many of us hate. There isn't any discharge , and it usually starts up after having some fun alone time if you get what I mean. (i'm going to abstain from it for a few days to see if it helps anyhow). but this time was different, usually the cramps wouldn't be too bad and it would go away after about 15 minutes but i'm sitting here, several hours have passed, i've taken a nap, and they are really really bothering me. i've had a pap test done a few months ago (and i really really do not want to go through that again) which came back fine.

Hi, welcome to the forum. If this is a new and pronounced symptom I'd strongly suggest talking to a doctor. The cramps may or may not be related to the testosterone but it's better to check to make sure and see if there is any other issue.

For the last couple of years, I've had unpleasant symptoms like yours after I have masturbated. That internal organ is built to behave in certain ways when a person orgasms; I just figured that the T was having an unpleasant effect after nearly five years. What used to be pleasurable on the wrong juice (the wrong juice for me but the right stuff for that part of my body) was now uncomfortable. I probably should have asked my doctor, but I truly never thought to do it. I'd been getting regular checkups and even an ultrasound, and I was fine. Besides, I didn't have the symptoms at any other time.

I guess the smart thing would be to consult an expert. If you worry about it, your quality of life will diminish considerably, and you never know--you might need to be checked out.

Do you plan to have hysto? I'm glad to be rid of the crampy feelings now that I've had those parts yanked out.
