Basically, I am wondering this--is it against the rules of this forum to ask this question:

"Do you think that we will ever develop successful technology to change one's gender identity?"

Indeed, I am curious about the answer to this question due to my own cross-dreaming.

probably in this century if I gather by the rate molecular biology etc is developing....
