I am just about to hit the 1 year mark on starting my transition and thought I would share the year in review.

The first is how I dressed for my very first therapy session. March 2nd is the day I began HRT. The next two pictures show how HRT was working. In addition, in mid-April I had some work done on my nose and had my Adams Apple reduced and I had my eyebrows shaped shortly before the April 27th picture.)

The August 27th picture was taken a couple of days before I underwent Facial Feminization Surgery (FFS) and Breast Augmentation (BA) surgery.

I had my hairline lowered, brow bone reduction, forehead contouring, upper and lower eyelid work and a brow lift. You can see how the surgery settled over the next couple of months in the other pictures.

It is absolutly amazing how much you can accomplish in a years time. I have completely transitioned to living as a woman full time and all of my documents have been updated to reflect my correct gender. It is a much different world we live in today compared to the one I grew up in.
