I have a few questions on HRT, And before someone throws the *Speak to a doctor/endo* I already have and as clueless as before
I was DIY hrt, But my lovely GP agreed to perscribe me progynova & Zoladex until i can get to CHX gender clinic
In the UK... My clinic likes to keep E levels between 400-600 but slowly increase to it, Anyhow...
My doctor is completely in the shadow of how HRT works and i cant speak to a endo until 13months til my appointment,
I am DIY norethisterone <Not Permitted> and Avodart as they no perscribed in the UK for trans *As im aware*
Ive been on Hrt around 9-10months, Ive had one shot of Depo-provera and tbh its worthless!
norethisterone has been studied to actually lower DHT by 58-9%,
I was wondering since Progesterone is said to mature the breasts, Is it a bad thing im taking it now?
Has it possibly stunted the growth of my breasts as i dont see improvement, *Im aware it takes up to 7yrs and all that.*
Will it make a difference i take it now or should i wait until my 2nd year mark?
Also does High prolactin levels help breast growth? Mines just over what its supposed to be due to the horrendous Depo! Im aware of the tumours high prolactin brings.
Also, As for getting bigger bum/hips!
Will doing squats with some light weights stop my fat distribution and turn it to muscle? or will it simply grow over the muscle?
Also, Will Spiro also decrease T levels with Zoladex La?
Does Low T mean less DHT so no need for finast/avodart? Or it make no difference?
Also how long aprox will spiro lower T? 1 week, 2?3....ect?
Also i took a high dose of E when i first started and these hard lumps grew in my breasts and continued to grow as i took that dose, Its not the normal Hard lumps they say when u first start HRT as they when to a whole hand size and i could move it around and when i got cold, They stung like a b**ch! I mean the pain was horrendous! they've gone down now, But i was also wondring is it mistitis from high levels of E straight away? If there could be some other thing it is  that starting <Not Permitted> E straight off id appreciate your opinion!

Take what your doctor prescribed for the moment. You should be fine. Dutasteride (Avodart) is ok but tell your doctor you are taking it as well. It will further reduce DHT but may be unnecessary. You shouldn't be taking anything else. Provera and norethisterone aren't advised as they are androgenic and can be harmful for one's health. Spiro is unnecessary. Zoladex will suppress T to castrate levels.

In a year from now, you can ask doctors to prescribe you bio-identical progesterone, if needed. It can help with breasts, fat distribution and other things.

Relax, don't worry and take a breather. Everything is going to be fine.

I been told progesterone is to mature breasts? Have i naffed myself up by doing a deop shot?
If i let it run out my system and carry on with progynova, zoladex an fin it'll carry on as usual?
Im just worried ive stopped my breasts growing

I don't think you've done anything to compromise breast growth and maturation. You are worrying for nothing. Progesterone is, apparently, needed for full breast maturation but take it one step at a time. No rush.
