Ok so I'm going to a con and I'm going as a girl and I've never gone out in girl mode before so my question is how do I tuck .the bulge is very noticeable under my skirt please help the con is tomorrow at like 10

Somebody else can explain tucking as I never did it. I used a panty girdle which was enough to contain the bulge and may have been a bit more comfortable that tucking when HRT didn't limit functionality.

I'd avoid tape if you're not totally shaved down there. Tucking really depends on how much you have to get out of the way - both penis and testicles. Obviously smaller is easier but still comes with draw backs. A lot of women use an undergarment called a gaffe to keep the penis back between the legs and the testicles packed up closer the their body. The tighter the clothing you are wearing the more difficult it will be to conceal a bulge no matter how much you tuck.

Take that tape advice seriously, make sure its worth any discomfort (if any) first

Definitely use Google though, there's so many methods.  You should experiment around!
