During my recent FFS with Facial Team, I was shocked by what the "before" CAT scans revealed. The amount of bone *not* removed during a previous FFS was obvious. In fact, my "before" scans looked like a typical male skull, as if no work had yet been done.

To make matters worse, holes from a previous FFS were clearly visible on my forehead.

IMHO, if all FFS surgeons were expected to routinely provide both before and after CAT scans as part of the procedure, with a review before the patient leaves, this kind of thing would be a *lot* less likely to happen.

I am in to gore ...  so don't mind one bit ..

But I am not sure if I could have been a surgeon as that's a totally different ball game ... 

Anyway it's awful how some surgeons mess up.

It's going to be interesting to see my after surgery fotos and CT scans, having had a rest on the gurney for a few hours down in Marbella this April ...

I will now post up the fotos on my FFS thread tomorrow that were taken during my revision surgery in October 2014 at London's Chelsea & Westminster Hospital. Like your's they too are a bit gory !!!

It shows the inappropriate PEEK implants that were inserted which are being removed in April as well as the left frontal sinus problem etc.

I did not understand. You can not talk or do not want to mention the doctor's name? Is there any judicial process? Just a curiosity. I regret the run. I desire to be fully realized now with the correction. Doctors can not coerce patients. There is medical secrecy laws and records. To be a discussion about it in the forum, we are free to report our experiences - provided we can prove. Mistakes and successes of our surgeries. Or am I wrong?  Sorry my bad English.
