I live in Canada, is any one from Canada had SRS/GRS?

Has any one anywhere gone through the process to apply for government assistance
to pay for the surgery?

I have decided that it's time to proceed with SRS. After 2 years on HRT, It's time for me.

I would love to hear from any of you who have had exposure and actual interviews to go through the process. Especially here in Ontario, Canada.

I found it interesting that even in each province the whole process is different in different provinces.

One thing I find disappointing is that 1 government organization is in total control of whom
gets SRS/GRS. It appears that each case is NOT looked at separately. I believe that every person is UNIQUE and should be looked at with clear eyes.

Private message are very welcome and if especially if you do not want any info posted.

Tips and comments and helpful suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you so very much.

There is a personal despription of an SRS.

Well you might google with site:susans.og and a few keywords like your city and SRS or process and there should be a few descriptions of others.
