I am 22 mtf and I have my first therapy session today and honestly my nerves are shot I have waited so long and I know that I have a long way to go but even my fears and anxiety can't hold me back because I am taking the first step to being me! Eep!

I had to reschedule, and so the anxiety is to be repeated, but no matter, I will keep trying. How did yours go?
