I'm on week 2 of hormones and so far, my only changes have been mood related and softer skin.
Is there anything I should avoid while on hormones that will negatively impact fat redistribution? In other words, what kind of things will make me look less "manly" than what I could be with HRT?
My diet/ exercise is pretty healthy (steel cut oats w/ fruit in the morning after an hour of cardio, salad w/ humus, chicken, fruit and curry powder sprinkled on top for flavor for lunch, and whatever my college's dining hall serves for dinner.. usually some beef, chicken, vegetables, etc. I avoid carbs unless they're whole grain. Also, I like to go all out once a week and just eat whatever I want to keep my metabolism up. I refrain from drinking anything but water)
I should also note that I'm 18, 5'5, 100 lbs and I try to do cardio about 3-4 times a week.
I take my two daily doses of spiro and estradiol 12 hours apart from each other... at 10 AM and another at 10 PM.
So will anything unexpected negatively impact my transition? Is my diet okay for transitioning?
