I wish i had support in my life. My mom acts like she supports me in front of people but whenever I'm alone with her she just says more and more put downs. I have some friends but afriad to tell any of them. I feel like i hate my body and who i am more and more every day. I know i am who i am but it's getting difficult to not look at the nagative things.

But that's enough of my ranting. I'm just hopping i can find friends and support on here or in real life

What you're going through is really hard. We should be able to expect parents to be our strongest allies. Not all parents are up to the task and when your parent falls short it's perfectly understandable to feel hurt and alone.

We're always here when you need us.
Have you read my short story The Eve of Triumph?

The criticism of parents can really stink.
They seem to have such divisive ways of doing it too.

In my short time here, I have enjoyed everyone here, this is a good place.
