If budget was not an issue and you had to choose just based on work/skills, who would you choose out of these three:

1. Dr Deschamps
2. Dr Speigel
3. Facial team, Spain

I am thinking of getting forehead, nose and chin done.

From everything I've read and heard about Dr. Spiegel he is too conservative, so I would not choose him. Facial Team is supposed to be good, but I would not choose them, because they are too far away for me (🇺🇸l), so if I had a post op complication, I would have to find a local surgeon to treat me, and that could be a hassle; and if I needed a revision I would have the added travel expenses. So, out of the three you listed, I would choose Dr. Deschamps, because of his extensive training and experience, and because he has good reviews with good outcomes. Best wishes 😊

I had surgery with Facial Team and I am extremly happy. My face looks 100% feminine and no one can see that I had a 8hr facial surgery. It looks natural.

My stay there was also great. The are so kind, helpful nice. I enjoyed my stay there and I had some of the best days of my life there after surgery. Marbella is a nice plave too.

I would again go there.

I am new and just doing research at this point - -  but from reading a lot in this forum and others, and checking credentials carefully,  then maybe there is an easier way to look at the issue.

Think about asking the same question,  but in a slightly different way:

   1. Board Certified Plastic Surgeon also formally trained in Craniofacial  and Jaw Surgery - - in San Francisco
   2. Board Certified Ear, Nose, & Throat Surgeon - - in Boston
   3. Non-Board Certified group of dentists - -  in Spain
 

That seems to be a biased way to phrase the question with Dr. Deschamps being the obvious choice, so a clear recommendation of him would seem to be more appropriate.

With respect Oneof two, you have been misinformed and is demeaning to Facial Team.

Facial Team are not a bunch of Non-Board Certified group of dentists. This is only a US qualification.

I suggest that anyone considering FFS should look at Facial Team's results and look at all the patients on here who have put up there fotos since Christmas appropriately called by a member "The Class of 2016"

Judging from the FT patients who come on here with their results, they look pretty darn good to me.

I am trusting them with my face in April after one of the world's top craniofacial surgeons here in London could not get my forehead completely right in October 2014 and those who have seen all my threads will know about that.

May I suggest you look at all my threads on here.

In addition to my complex forehead revision with Dr Capitan and Dr Simon which all stems from my poor FFS in the USA back in 2004, I am also having a complex revision rhinoplasty with Dr Bellinga after the same "Board Certified"   US surgeon also did a poor job on my nose when I had my FFS in 2004.

Dr Bellinga who works with Facial Team, also has his own private practice in Madrid.

See below a copy of Dr Capitan's certificate from the European Association for Cranio-Maxillo-Facial Surgery which is the European level membership for Dr. Capitán which shows that maxillofacial and craniofacial surgery fall in the same category.



Facial Team recently published an scientific report regarding Forehead Feminisation in the American Society of Plastic Surgery´s peer-reviewed magazine, Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery...which is widely available online and shows the level of knowledge the team has regarding FFS.

I will try and find the link to this in due course.
