You are overanalyzing this and you only need to answer two simple questions and all your questions will be answered.
1. Who do you want to go to bed with - sexual preference.
2. Who do you want to go to bed as - gender identity.
Anything else that you do, like or think can be done by either gender and shouldn't be considered in making your decision if you are transgender or not. Even your sexual preference is a secondary consideration because it only effects how you have sex but not if you will have sex.
I have many interest and skills that are normally associated with men but I have seen some women who can do the same things I can. That doesn't make the women masculine, it only makes them skilled and knowledgable.
Stereotypes were common in the 1950's and 1960's when I was growing up but by the 1970's it was realized that nearly any task a man could do, a woman could do. In addition it was understood that nearly any task a woman could do, a man could do. Don't over complicate it and don't try to find logic behind it, This is one time that what you feel is the right answer.
