I have a few questions about myself that make me doubt whether I am trans or not. For starters my favorite characters in fiction have always been male (or almost) Like Cole from Infamous game series.

I have a male sense of style and a male concept of what is "cool". I had and still do have a superhero fetish.

The only thing I have an explanation for is the aggression I had as a kid. Which I think instead of being male was due to neurosis. A defect were the person experiences high levels of depression,anxiety and anger. This explains why I have anxiety and depression. The theory goes that under the right conditions anger can be warped into aggression (I.E being told that hitting people is a valid way of self expression) 

But I still do not feel male at all, In fact I am feeling like I belong to the female gender more every day.
Anyone feel the same way?

You are overanalyzing this and you only need to answer two simple questions and all your questions will be answered.
1. Who do you want to go to bed with - sexual preference.
2. Who do you want to go to bed as - gender identity.
Anything else that you do, like or think can be done by either gender and shouldn't be considered in making your decision if you are transgender or not. Even your sexual preference is a secondary consideration because it only effects how you have sex but not if you will have sex.

I have many interest and skills that are normally associated with men but I have seen some women who can do the same things I can. That doesn't make the women masculine, it only makes them skilled and knowledgable.

Stereotypes were common in the 1950's and 1960's when I was growing up but by the 1970's it was realized that nearly any task a man could do, a woman could do. In addition it was understood that nearly any task a woman could do, a man could do. Don't over complicate it and don't try to find logic behind it, This is one time that what you feel is the right answer.

I like guyish things as well as girlish things. Being female doesn't limit what I can and can't do. The thing I love about transitioning is that I decide the rules and who I want to be. I don't have to act like a typical woman, whatever that may be, to be myself. I know plenty of cis women that are the same way.

I've been happily living full time as a woman for the past two and a half years. I still don't "feel female". A lot of us don't.

It's not important what you feel like. It's important how you want to live. That's what my gender therapist encourages me to examine.

You might try out a few changes to hair and clothing style and see how it makes you feel.
I'd say go with a feeling of joy.

And you don't have to feel female all the time if you identify as woman.

Do you feel you would be more happy if your body was a bit more female ?

I use to have a dangerous amount of anger that would explode. I lived as a male because I was afraid of who I truly was inside and the anger helped me hide it. Since  started HRT the anger has gone away I don't need to hide anymore.

Not just that, But I actually struggle to see a future were I can be happy with my male upbringing, I am unbelievably unhappy about it and if HRT does not help that then I don't know what will.

This is good advice.  1. I am Bi (I think) ,But I have always been exclusively romantically attracted to women.  2. As a girl and I cannot ever see myself as a dominant one.

I suppose my attraction to women might explain some of it since some lezes are some what masculine.

Well some people compare it to an engine:
a diesel engine running on gas being switched back to diesel...
quite a few people experience a sense of relief...
