Does it last forever, or do you have to keep paying and going back to maintain it? I keep thinking about botched celebrities and wondering if theirs looks bad because they kept going back and getting more.

I mean specifically on your face.

It doesn't last forever. Your face will still continue ageing. But you'll look better than someone who didn't have surgery. Many celebrities who have bad looking faces are usually down to body dysmorphia and the surgeon only caring about money; not the patients mental or physically wellbeing. If you have two of the same surgeries then you'll most likely still have an attractive face (depending of course on the skill of the surgeon) anymore than that and it always looks unnatural.
They/them pronouns preferred.

I'm not worried about aging. I just wondered if my whole face would fall apart. So once you get one plastic surgery on one part and like it you don't keep trying to change it? Have you had plastic surgery?

Nope don't keep trying to change it unless you want the 'I've obviously had plastic surgery' look.  I haven't had plastic surgery; I just tend to watch to watch too many documentaries about it.
