Hello Everyone,

I have had my state id gender marker changed but not my birth certificate. I am in California. I have a LiveScan background check and dont know whether to mark what's on my birth certificate or what's on my id. I have had a few surgeries but simply haven't filed for the birth certificate to be corrected yet. How did you determine which box to check? Does anyone know what they would consider correct given the state of my documents?
