Unfortunately I am 30 years old--I will NOT grow anymore in height.

There is more to height than just bones.
There is cartiladge in between, and there are muscles responsible for gait.

There are threads with many FTM people reporting a gain in size and MTF people reporting a shrinking.
You can look them up.

Same for shoe size. Many FTM people report a bigger size, many MTF people a shrinking.

And it seems to be unconnected to age. So even after 25 many people are saying this.

Height: No increase
Shoulder Width: Got much wider, don't have exact inches, maybe 1 or 2 inches?
Feet: Went up between 1-2 sizes (mens) depending on the brand. Was so nice to not have to hunt down size 7's in mens! Now I fit an 8.5-9 usually.
Feet Width: I'm pretty sure my feet widened a bit, but I just don't notice it somuch now because all men's shoes are either D's or EE's anyways.
Hands: Did not change,I had pretty big hands before T
Neck: Thickened a bit, My old dress shirts can't be buttoned up comfortably around my neck and I have lost weight haha

I don't think I'm growing anymore (22 going on 23), but I do every now and then feel growing pains... so i'm not sure, but I definitely still fit into the same leg length as I always have. I assume it changes depending upon your genetic makeup/potential. My father and mother are both on the shorter side, though my father is still a bit taller then me.
Started T in July 2012
Had Top Surgery on May 23rd, 2013

I have had periods of growing pains as well over the last 2 years on T. I started at 30 so it is definitely not related to any bone growth. The only thing I can think of is that perhaps with the muscle growth being occasionally pretty rapid that the way the muscles pulled on ligaments and other soft tissue were mimicking the same pains as when bones pull on ligaments and soft tissue while they're growing.

I do know that my height gain is not bone growth but, as Laura stated, there is more to height than just bone growth. It has been quantified by my doctor when I pointed it out and she even rechecked her measurement and compared to previous notes.

Started T at 22, am almost 25 now, and my shoe size went up 1-2 sizes. Not really sure, but. Have bigger feet now. I don't know if my hand have grown exactly, but they're definitely wider and thicker than they were pre-T.

Did your feet get hairy?

I'm impressed with you, Laura. You're awfully intelligent. May I ask what is your profession?

I was a size 41/42 or so before, now I'm a 43 or 44, but it depends the shop. My feet are more narrow but longer.

I didn't grow in height despite being a teenager, but my posture is a bit better.
