I mentioned that in a comment somewhere at the beginning. It won't be possible due to the extremely high risk of rejection. The only time it wouldn't be rejected (I think it's possible for it to still be rejected, but much less likely) is if it's your own cells, which is why they're developing it for cis men who lost their penis in accidents and the like.

Edit: I remember multiple articles specifically saying it would not be possible for FTMs due to this.

A lab grown penis infers to me it would not be rejected.
Otherwise it would not make sense to grow one.
There are lab grown vaginas already, which are not rejected.

I had a look at the articles, and it did say the risk of rejection is eliminated, however that is only in the case of cis males. I'm by far not an expert, but I'd say that if someone had a male sibling, they could theoretically attempt to do it using his cells. I'm guessing there could be a problem regarding reproduction though, since the person would then probably have the DNA of their sibling there. They didn't mention anything about siblings in the articles though, it's just my personal opinion. It'll be a while before they'll be transplanting entire penises onto humans though, so I suppose we'll see when they do get to it.
