Oh my god, how do we not have a thread on this yet ;)

What were your favorite games that came out in 2015?  Can't wait to see what you all loved to play!  What are you looking forward to in 2016?

1.  Life is Strange (PS4) - I was blown away by the storytelling in this game.  It hit pretty much every emotion manageable.  I still think about the decisions I made in that game ... especially the ones I regret making.  The game had so many impactful moments for me, that I won't forget.  It reminded me of the game Heavy Rain.  Loved it, and can't wait to see what the developer does next!

2.  Mad Max (PS4) - A lot of people were down on that game, for it's repetitive gameplay, etc...  I couldn't put it down until I did just about everything you can do in that game.  It usually takes a special open world game to capture me, and Mad Max seemed to do it.  Still don't really know what, but I'm very glad I ignored most of the reviews and just took a chance.

3.  Disney Infinity 3.0 (PS4) - I love Star Wars, Marvel, and Pixar, hello!  Anyway, they finally nailed it in 3.0 ... the combat is more enjoyable, as well as giving more depth/story in the playsets.  I'm not creative enough to to build my own toy boxes, but the fact I can build out the logic in there to auto level my figures is amazing!

4.  Alto's Adventure (iOS) - A mobile game, what!?  It's fantastic, that's all!  Great pick and play for 5/10 minutes.  Looks amazing on newer iPhones.

5.  Pac-Man 256 (iOS) - It's the first thing I play whenever I have idle time.  I hate the recharge mechanic, but I also love it, because it forces me to STOP PLAYING!  Thank you developers, haha!

Honorable mention:
Forza Motorsport 6 (Xbox One) - I have a soft spot for the Forza franchise, I worked on Forza 5 and Forza Horizon 2, so I'm a sucker for being loyal.  I appreciate Forza 6 for throwing away the stupid stuff in 5.  The drivatars is still a horrible idea, in my opinion, but I get the appeal.

2016 radar:
No Man Sky - Release this game already, and please, please let it be as amazing as it looks!!!!

I only played two released games in 2015: Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, and Persona 4: Dancing All Night.  Personally I found Persona 4 Dancing All Night to be the best out of those two.

The games I am looking forward to this year are Persona 5 (super excited about that one), and Uncharted 4.  I'm kind of looking forward to Street Fighter V, and Assassin's Creed for the PS Vita, although I have not payed a full Assassin's Creed game before.  As far as accessories, I am looking for to the VAULTZ24 locking case for the PS Vita and PS4, as well as more information on the Playstation VR.

I think I may have only played one game released in 2015, but for a game with (mostly) a SNES-era look, it's a doozy:

Undertale: It is fun and satisfying for a number of reasons, but it brought me a smile to have gender-nonspecific character who could wear a "Manly Bandana" one minute and an "Old Tutu" the next.

they have this game out now called Keep Talking And Nobody Explodes I think that was released in 2015.  haven't gotten a chance to play it but it needs multiple people basically the idea is one person is at the computer looking at a bomb with different modules on it and the other places have what is called the bomb defusal manual which they get from a website.  The person at the computer called the defuser can look at and interact with the bomb but cannot look at the manual while the other players called the experts can look at the manual but not the bomb.  now as far as games I HAVE played I enjoy this one called the Jackbox Party Pack 2 that has a bunch of different party games in it as well as one by the same company called Quiplash.

For me, it was easily Rise of the Tomb Raider.  I played the previous game in the reboot of the franchise as well.  I love what they've done with the new Lara.  Her character has so much depth; I really felt like she was somebody I could relate to.  The storytelling and gameplay are also really fun of course.  :)

Ive got brain freeze for what I enjoyed last year.  Worst release so far, Fallout 4. 8 Years wasted dev time.

Looking forward to: Anything on the PS4, they stole the show at E3.  God of War, with Kratos looking like a narky over worked parent - and The Last Guardian get special mentions.
